When we provide our AI voice agent service, we handle inbound calls to our contractor clients' business phone lines on their behalf. As part of delivering this service, we collect and process information from callers, which may include:

We process this information solely as a service provider to the contractor client — to capture and document the inquiry, schedule appointments, and deliver the resulting lead details to that contractor. The contractor, not JobStorm AI, is the business the caller is contacting, and the contractor is responsible for its own relationship with, and any privacy notices provided to, its customers. We do not use caller information for our own purposes.
Call records, transcripts, and the caller details described above are stored and processed using third-party business tools, including Google Workspace (Google Sheets), and are made available to the contractor client on whose behalf the call was handled. These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This information is used for analytics and to improve site performance.
